In no event shall CodeCraft's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to CodeCraft in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €500, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, CodeCraft's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Force Majeure

CodeCraft shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other force majeure events.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through:

  • Arbitration or litigation as a last resort

Time Limitation for Claims

Entire Agreement

Waiver

Assignment
